New Year's Eve Manga

Almost every shojo manga series has a New Year's Eve storyline.  Typically the main characters go to a shrine to pray and pick their fortunes for the new year.  Sometimes they write wishes on wooden plaques and hang them up at the shrine.  

Here are some of my favourite "New Year's Eve" manga volumes - please share some of yours.

Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You, Vol. 7 - Sawako's friends conspire for her and Kazehaya to go alone together to the shrine on New Year's Eve.

Sand Chronicles, Vol. 4 - Ann returns to Shimane for New Year's Eve, but Fuji is still missing and her reunion with Daigo is bittersweet.

Nana, Vol 18  - Hachi returns to spend New Year's with Nana.
